This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to the entire home and everything the space has to offer.

  • Booking Terms & Policies
    We require full payment at time of booking. Cleaning Fee: $150 Security Deposit: A fully refundable $250 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 48 hours after your departure as long as no damages were incurred. Cancellations Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of ALL monies paid. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive NO refund. All cancellations must be in writing via email to and are irreversible. NOTE: We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances because our policy as-is, stands. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstances There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We HIGHLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of travel insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
  • Rental Agreement & House Rules
    All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental without refund - Maximum Overnight Guests: 4 - Must be atleast 25 years old to rent - Check-in: After 3:00PM - Checkout: 11AM - Absolutely no smoking of any kind - No pets - No parties or events, Max of 3 cars allowed - Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-9am ADDITIONAL RULES GUESTS: Only guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved by the host in advance and are subject to additional fees. PETS: At this time, we are not accepting pets. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, etc.) Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excess mess. (e.g. excessive dishes, stained sheets, etc) WINTER SNOW SEASON: During the winter snow season Reston can see a few inches of snow accumulation. The Condo Association clears snow every snowfall. Please note that snowfall can continue to accumulate between shoveling service and your arrival. Shoveling service is not provided mid-stay, however we do provide shovels. If heavy snowfall does occur during your stay and additional shoveling help is necessary, please give us a call and we may be able to arrange some extra assistance for an extra fee. We are not responsible for Reston, VA weather changes/delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands PARKING: You will be provided (1) marked parking spot but will also be able to park in any of the UNMARKED reserved spaces as well.
